Our 2024 “Foxtoberfest” is a Marzen, brewed with smoked malt to impart a toasty, warm mouthfeel for the crisp fall weather. Balanced with a lighter finish, the smokiness is subtle enough to have another (and another) in true celebration mode for all your fall celebrations!

This golden Helles is just right—not too malty, not too sweet, not too bitter. That’s what we expect from Helles, and this one is right on!

This sour is a bit more sophistocated for spring and summer drinking. This version is showcasing one of our favorite fruits - the magical mango. It is lightly tart with a sour edge, ready for your day in the sun.

It’s our new classic summer sipper, our Foxy Lite keeps it light and clean!

Another West Coast banger. This one just hits different. West Coast style with more chewy malt, this variation features American Idaho 7 hops with New Zealand Nectaron, it’s grapefruit up front, some sweeter maltiness and fresh citrus finish.

This German lager is brewed with Pilsner malt and Noble hops, true to its tradition. This bright beer starts off dry with a hint of citrus, and finishes with notes of light bread crust. It’s a beer refreshing any time of the year, keeping the Conversations flowing. 

We knew this beer would have its own character. Originally starting as a farm house Saison with yeast from Jasper, we wanted to put our little twist on this iconic style. Just a touch of the sassiness that Seyval Blanc adds to the overall mix.

Wanting to strongly portray the uniqueness of the Grape Must added IPA, we needed a name that was going to stand up to our expectations. We were Hoptimustic that we could figure something out, and Tiffany was able to meet expectations.

What are your hops and dreams for the future? This one is ours, deliciously crispy and dreamy for those who dream of West Coast IPAs in Virginia!

While brainstorming names for this - every time we thought of someone asking for a "Czech Please" made us laugh - it is as simple as that. Name citation (MH).

Our fan favorite Infinite Reason (Hefeweizen) got a summer tune-up just in time for the tropical summer Virginia days. This beer is a perfect example of both clean and refreshing with a warm banana bread finish.

Our first collaboration with Bunnyman Brewing (Burke, VA), this beer blends both foxes and bunnies in a wildlife habitat!

Vesper: Original archaic meaning of Evening. This is our first Three Fox Stout release and was done in collaboration with our friends at Bunnyman Brewing in Fairfax, VA and it is thick! Pouring like motor oil, and aged for more than 12 months in Apple Brandy barrels, this is a nod to all of the great ones out there that get us up in the morning.

Named by one of our best / favorite customers, there are Infinite Reasons to say how much we appreciate them and their support. This beer embodies the gratitude we have and our love for a good Foxtoberfest beer.

Like the native winds blow, so do the native yeasts that drive the production of the Saison-style. The Weathervane has always been the tool that farmers use to determine wind direction and stands as a reminder to be ever flexible with change that comes.

There once was a guy named Joe. Joe went on a trip for the first time to Hawaii, a magical, beautiful spot where he was drawn in by the scenery and the people. As Joe gets off a long plane ride from the mainland, his first thought is to McDonalds and how hungry he is. Joe proceeds then to his hotel on Waikiki beach with majestic views of the ocean. As he checks in to his room, he runs up stairs, opens the balcony and proceeds to treat himself like Kate Winslet from Titanic on the railing. After taking in the salt spray air, Joe goes to dinner. On the way down in the elevator, some of his friends ask if anyone else had a hard time getting the sliding glass door open on the balcony. Joe of course did not. After dinner, Joe proceeds back to his room, and to his surprise, is greeted by no less than 50 pigeons who are enjoying his leftover lunch. Now confronted with this abnormal situation, the only thing to do is have a Pigeon Party - feathers and all! Like this cautionary tale, Pigeon Party is just as fun in beer form and we thought it was the perfect name for this fun / funky sour.

Summer is a time for playing in the heat and living life at the creek. Imagine sipping a delicious beverage and feeling the weight of the world lifting off your shoulders. It is "Encumbered" so you don't have to be!

Our first Lager at Three Fox. This is the cleanest and crispiest (yes - most crispy) version of the ground from whence it came.

Originally intended on being as our second sour in the Boots and Cats series - "The Remix" - Richard rolled his eyes and didn't thing that captured the uniqueness and character of this beer. He challenged us to a "Pillow Fight" and thus the name was born.

We love 'Bears', and their cute furry 'Paws'. Especially ones that go running down the Three Fox roads after Richard in the spring. That said - when we see them, we 'Barely' have time to hit the 'Pause' button and slowly back away.

Named for one of our good friends at a neighboring vineyard - Woodfile is just like it's namesake Jeremy - smells like a mountain hike through a pine forest and makes for a wonderful companion for an afternoon of fun!

The first citation (that we could find) of the term came from an Irish Newspaper in 1966 where a young lad got caught eating cookies out of a delivery truck. This beer is no different. The addition of smoked malt and cracker finish made the name a no brainer.

With winter comes shorter days and darker nights. We missed the joy of drinking our signature Kolsch in Summer and decided to make its winter cousin - The Darking Brake.

Chuck the Christmas Gnome brings you Master of the Galaxy Double IPA. With the massive amounts of Galaxy hops, we feel we have really have things dialed in.

According to the dictionary - the word Essence is defined as - "the intrinsic nature or indispensable quality of something, especially something abstract, that determines its character." This beer is the very essence of that. How Meta!

A talkative companion is someone that you take wherever you go (to a winery, to a brewery, or even to take out the trash) that improves your day. This Saison embodies that concept by having a traditional clean Saison brewed with a healthy "talkative" amount of our Seyval Blanc juice.

Inspired by our favorite furry rascal who seems to love eating all things grape-related, we named this beer after our friend the Raccoon ("Procyon lotor"). In it's honor, we let them look into the dark void that is this Oatmeal Stout.

Our first kettle sour calls for a party! You bring the fun, and I will bring the beats. Boots and cats and boots and cats and boots and cats and... A fruited sour with plums, apricot and vanilla screams a good time.

A nod to our Military aviators, Hot Cargo is code for ammunition and explosives. Because the loading and unloading is so dangerous, Hot Cargo pads must be built at a safe distance away from standard flight operations. This beer embodies our love of a crisp, clean Hefeweizen on a hot summer day.
