Saison with Seyval Blanc
We knew this beer would have its own character. Originally starting as a farm house Saison with yeast from Jasper, we wanted to put our little twist on this iconic style. Just a touch of the sassiness that Seyval Blanc adds to the overall mix.
Saison brewed with Loral hops for a lemon forward characteristic. The Seyval Blanc rounds out the palate and provides a velvet finish to the already polished beer.
