Volpe (the “Fox”) is lovingly blended from estate Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc. With beautiful garnet color, this wine holds a pronounced palate of truffle, leather and berry on the nose with cherry, coffee, toast, caramel, and red currant spice notes.
